Buying a Keyboard/Piano
Buying a new instrument can be a bit of a mine field so here’s a few things to get you started!
Buying a Piano/Keyboard
For new starters we recommend a digital keyboard that has full size keys. There are many available on Amazon for a variety of budgets. For example this Yamaha Keyboard will last a player until around grade 2.
Amazon stocks many more options which you could buy.
The following link lists a number but please avoid mini-key keyboards:
For longevity we recommend buying a fully weighted key digital piano. These are much higher quality than the smaller keyboards and many of the lower end models can last children to around grade 5/6.
Gear for music Stocks a number of these which can be accessed using the following link:
Alternatively we recommend visiting Keysound in Hinckley who are a very good supplier of digital pianos and keyboards at a variety of prices. Their website is: https://www.keysound.co.uk where you can contact them directly
Some of these links are affiliate links and we may make a small commission if you buy items using them.
